TTI SI Style Insights® v Big 5 Personality Inventory: A Validation Comparison Study

In this study, the TTI Success Insights Style Insights behavior assessment is compared with the Big Five Personality Inventory on a population of USA working adults. While the study shows some interesting correlations, it also demonstrates that these two assessments are measuring different constructs.
